And from then on, she developed a further specialization Leadership / Management, Leadership Development and Governance. She is a trusted advisor for Senior Management and Boards of Fortune 100 / 500 companies and for other leading organizations.

She worked for and fullfilled assigments for corporate world, but she also strongly specialized in other sectors as Healthcare, Education and the sector of Housing corporations (the midfield, organizations with societal tasks).
