Arjan Eleveld is a psychologist by training, worked in various management positions and now counts over 25 years of experience in consultancy. He worked in various (executive) positions at Gist-brocades (now DSM-Firmenich), management consulting firm ATKearney and KPN.  Arjan was involved in the split-up of KPN and was responsible for the listing of TPG, the predecessor of TNT and PostNL, at 4 separate stock-exchanges in 1998.

In November 1998, he became CEO of LTP, which would stay under his leadership for 16 years. Concurrent with his leaving in November 2014, LTP was elected best HR consultancy firm in the Netherlands. Besides his work at LTP, he was presidentof GAPI, an international alliance of consultancy firms.

In 2003, still at LTP, Arjan took the initiative to start Jonathan Warner. He had found that working for senior management and boards requires specific experience, expertise and approach, which was bundled under this label. In 2014 Jonathan Warner became a separate and independent company, which lay the foundation of the firm it is today.

Arjan Eleveld advises at executive level, helping boards, teams and individuals. His focus is on governance, effectiveness and performance. Over the years, he has worked with a great number of organizations, both in the Netherlands and throughout the world. Arjan Eleveld has authored two management books and wrote countless articles on leadership.
