She is also a leading expert in Cross-Cultural Management and Transformation. As a Thought Leader at Global Minds Network, an International Advisory for GlobalInnovation, she contributes to shaping the future of cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
She helps individuals and organizations turn challenges into opportunities positively and constructively. She has a degree in social science and studied business administration at the European University in The Hague, Netherlands.
She has livedin the USA, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy and speaks seven languages. Having spent more than 16 years immersed in other cultures, Charlotta is well acquainted with both the challenges of cultural differences and how they can enrich us. In her current role, she addresses cultures on all continents and the cultural complexities of international teams and organizations.
In her career, Charlotta has honed her skills in cross-cultural management. Her journey began in sales and project management, where she navigated the complexities of multicultural teams. She then transitioned to a global non-profit organization, spearheading initiatives in Asia and the Middle East. Her involvement in numerous projects across Europe further solidified her understanding of diverse cultures. For the past fifteen years, she has been a trusted advisor in the field of cross-cultural management, collaborating with clients and colleagues from around the globe. She has been servicing organizations (from large MNEs to SMEs, NGOs, and the Public Sector) on all matters related to cross-culture, e.g., leading across cultures, collaborating in multiculturalteams, trading across cultures, bridging cultures in mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation, diversity and inclusion, and innovation.
She works closely with the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and is a recurrent guest lecturer at the University of Gothenburg. Based on scientific data, she has developed an intercultural collaboration model called Culture Helix and a co-creation tool called The Balance Board. Adding her knowledge and experience of cross-cultural understanding to the Community, as well as a very warm and kind personality, she's a valuable Associate Partner at Jonathan Warner.
