Frank holds a PhD in physics and began his career in the semiconductor industry, moving quickly from technical roles into marketing and sales. He successfully negotiated contracts with electronics manufacturers across Asia, the US, and Eastern Europe, and later led a business line at NXP that grew its LCD-TV chipmarket share to 50%, generating €68 million in revenue.

In a bold career shift, Frank transitioned to Human Resources, leading Learning & Development for over 5,000 employees worldwide. His time in HR fueled his passion for helping people unlock their full potential, shaping his unique perspective on leadership and organizational development.

Since 2008, Frank has worked independently, evolving his expertise in intercultural collaboration to encompass broader issues of Diversity & Inclusion. His upcoming book on Inclusive Leadership, due in 2024, reflects his innovative, pragmatic approach. He works globally, delivering workshops, lectures, and leadership programs, focusing on resolving organizational friction and navigating conflict.
