Meet our team
Jonathan Warner is a community of 14 consultants. With this team, we are able to fulfill many areas of leadership consulting. In addition, we have a network of consultants we can deploy for very large and specialized assignments.
For over twenty-five years, Frédérique Groen has been working in executive search. This experience has given her a deep understanding of various company cultures and the requirements which employees have to meet.
As a headhunter, she was exclusively involved in placement of senior staff at management and executive level across a variety of sectors.
Working with people has always fascinated her; she has a keen ability to understand their motives, is curious about their stories, and is genuinely interested in what drives them in their work and in life in general. She describes herself as business-oriented, confrontational, curious, and responsible, with a genuine eye for the well-being of the individual.
More than ten years ago, she started to extend her activities into coaching because as a headhunter, listening to someone´s story, she often wondered whether it expressed anything about who he or she really was. She realized that she was missing depth in her work and wanted to learn more about people's motivations and drives, to understand where they came from, what they were good at, and what drove them in life. Once she realized this, she understood she had to extend her expertise to include coaching.
In order to become a professional executive and career coach she started investing in multiple training programs, i.e. at RINO and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has now been accredited by both institutions.
Frédérique believes it is important for people to adequately prepare for the next steps they take in their careers. She sees it as her mission to help people successfully manage their career paths.
As a coach, her goal is to empower people by making them aware of their unique qualities and to guide them to carefully assess the environment in which they thrive. She believes that only by transmitting their unique, authentic, distinctive story, people can effectively convince others and eventually secure the job that suits them best.
In her day-to-day coaching, she believes in the power of humor and in maintaining a non-judgmental attitude. She creates a safe space where coachees can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirationswithout fear. She listens to the unique experiences and perspectives of her coachees with attention and curiosity, getting valuable insights and exploring new possibilities. Compassionate and supportive, she also leads the session to a conclusion that may challenge previously constraining beliefs and behavior.
As career coach, her mission is to support people who want to advance their careers. She has developed an extensive program that combines coaching with practical tools to help people identify their professional direction and take proactive steps to achieve their goals.
As executive coach she guides and supports the development process of top managers, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and their teams. She encourages managers to take responsibility for both their own professional and personal development.
She works as an executive coach for specific companies which want their employees to be supported in their professional development by an outside professional.
