Saryne Buis completed her MSC in Neuropsychology in 2009 and started her career in Human Resources. As an HR Consultant and Manager she fulfilled several HR expert roles within a big organization. In addition to her knowledge in HR, she also developed an interest in observing behavior of leaders and group dynamics of managementteams. In 2016 and 2018 she completed her Post Graduate courses in ExecutiveTeam Coaching and Executive Coaching at VU Amsterdam. By that time she leftcorporate life and started her own HR and coaching practice.

In her coaching practice, she works a lot with founders and entrepreneurs. Most of their coaching questions are about interactions or relationships with others. Her clients often receive little feedback and want new insights into their own behavior or that of those around them. Her background in psychology gives her a lot of knowledge of personalities and she has been specialized in narcissism.

In her work with executive teams she is specialized in team analyses and team observations. She guides and coaches founder teams in their collaboration and is specialized in mapping (co-) founder dynamics: the dynamics between(co-) founders that influence the way of collaboration and  management of the organization. Next to her coaching practice she works as a strategic HR consultant for start-ups and scale-ups and focuses on leadership, organizational development and management development issues.

Saryne has more than 15 years working experience in coaching and consultancy with senior executives and their teams. Her industry experience covers corporates, multinationals, growing start-ups, national police, academic hospitals, government, administration of justice andfoundations. Saryne has In 2024 obtained her MSc in Executive Coaching at Hult Business School and is co-author of the book: Interventies inde directiekamer (2021).
