Meet our team
Jonathan Warner is a community of 14 consultants. With this team, we are able to fulfill many areas of leadership consulting. In addition, we have a network of consultants we can deploy for very large and specialized assignments.
Supporting Transformational Change through executive coaching, teambuilding and organisational and leadership development, applying 20 years of international management experience as well as a genuine interest in the right side of the human brain. Amongst others, Herman is Managing Partner of JonathanWarner and serves as Adjunct of Ashridge Executive Education at Hult International Business School.
Herman holds an MSc. of the University of Amsterdam (with honours) and has been building businesses in Europe, China, India and Brazil for Royal DSM. He was amongst others General Sales Manager at DSM Anti-Infectives and Business Director at the DSM Innovation Centre, having the responsibility to develop global leadership positions in the biofuels- and biochemical arenas.
He brings seasoned understanding of intercultural co-operation, both in the sense of national as well as corporate cultures.
As a result of his 20 years working in industry, Herman has experienced that the Human Side of Enterprise is the critical factor in the success or failure of organizations. This experience has led to his decision to focus on leadership development, team building and coaching when supporting Transformational Change. He does so using in-depth knowledge about, and experience in, organisational development and group dynamics in complex change programs.
He brings seasoned understanding of intercultural co-operation, both in the sense of national as well as corporate cultures. He likes to challenge, continuously searching for new angles to approach any topic and gets his energy from interacting with people. In this role, he works at C- and VP-levels with several Fortune 500 companies as well as with global and local organisations active in amongst others energy, pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, finance and telecom as well as with NGO’s and charities. His approach: firm on the content, respectful in the relationship. Listening in not waiting to speak. Really wants to understand what's going on. Addressing the elephant in the room elegantly. With compassion, humour and optimism. First creating a safe environment, then the courageous conversation.
