Meet our team
Jonathan Warner is a community of 14 consultants. With this team, we are able to fulfill many areas of leadership consulting. In addition, we have a network of consultants we can deploy for very large and specialized assignments.

Jan Alberdingk Thijm is an executive coach and adviser to senior leaders navigating moments of transition. Much of his work takes place at times when the responsibilities of leadership become more complex — when executives step into new roles, when organisations need reshaping, or when leaders feel the need to step back and reflect more deeply on their role and responsibilities in a space that is both safe and non-judgemental.
In his coaching, Jan creates the conditions for thoughtful reflection. He works with leaders to create some distance from the immediate pressures of performance and decision-making and to consider the deeper questions that accompany positions of responsibility: how authority is exercised, how judgement is formed, and how leaders remain grounded in their values while operating within demanding institutional contexts.
Jan’s perspective is shaped by a long international career in business and governance. He served as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Nutreco, where he was closely involved in a significant strategic and organisational transformation. Before that he worked at SHV Holdings, the international family-owned group, with global responsibility for leadership development, talent and succession for senior executives across the organisation. Earlier in his career he was a partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, advising boards and CEOs on executive appointments, leadership teams and succession.
Alongside his coaching practice, Jan remains closely connected to the world of governance. He serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of iPlus Solutions and is an external member of the selection committee for the Supreme Court of the Netherlands.
Jan holds an MA in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge in the UK.
