Is how I get across how I want to want to be seen? Are there any blind spots that hamper my communication? You will only know when you are willing to receive feedback from those you interact with. This process is simple and very effective.
COIN is a method of giving and recieving feedback. Here, we do not judge the person, we explain the impact of one’s behavior. And ask for, or give the other, the insight what he/she can do to be more effective.
Most important is the pause. This allows the other to process and provide input. It is an invitation to an equal dialoque.
