Amber is a highly-experienced occupational and organizational psychologist (Registered with NIP). She studied at Leiden University and started working as an assessment psychologist afterwards. Her experience ranges from the conducting of assessment to trainings and from coaching and career consultancy to mediation.

Amber has a far-ranging knowledge in the field of (the development) of humans, functions and organizations, which she acquired through her work for three consultancy firms. She worked for both government and private institutions and successfully held functions as (career) consultant and coordinator . In 2011, Amber found her own firm, and in 2017 she joined Jonathan Warner. As partner, she is jointly responsible for the assessment advice services of Jonathan Warner.

Amber is characterised by her close engagement, sense of entrepreneurship, critical outlook and organizational abilities. She tailors her work to the specific needs of clients and is highly motivated to contribute to the development of people and organizations.

Our Team

Jonathan Warner has a team of 14 consultants. The qualifications of our team spread across the entire spectrum of our services. In addition, we maintain an extensive network of consultants whom we employ when the size or specificity of an assignment is beyond the capacity of the team presented below.
