Herman Prakke is a highly-experienced adviser to, coach and supervisor of, processes of change. His experience includes many years of executive-level responsibility as international manager and coaching and consultancy work on the executive level in multiple countries.
Herman studied Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam, which he completed with honours in 1987. After his studies, he worked at DSM for over 20 years, where he established and expanded businesses in Europe, China, India and Brazil. In his final years with DSM, he held a position as business director for DSM White Biotechnology, where was responsible for the worldwide development of the senior management positions in this organization.
The experience of many years of management and entrepreneurship made clear to him that the real factor for success is ‘the human side of enterprise’. He took the decision to make a radical career change to focus on coaching and teambuilding. He became senior program director at De Baak and established himself as independent consultant and coach a year later.
During his years as consultant, he worked with the senior management of multiple Fortune 500 companies and successfully supported many radical processes of change. Herman is associated with Ashridge Hult Executive Education and Mannaz in the United Kingdom. In December 2016, he joined Jonathan Warner.
